If you're coming through Whitecourt and need a reminder of what AAA Alberta beef tastes like the New York Strip (8 or 11oz) is what you're looking for. These steaks are cut in house, seasoned, butter brushed and cooked to a slightly charred perfection. Fantastic steak! Homemade dressings for Ceasar and Greek salads are also very good.

I can't say how many times I have driven through Whitecourt and missed this place. Finally we stopped in and wow am I glad we did! My wife is in rapture at the 11oz strip loin steak which is one of the finest steaks she has ever had! I am enjoying an excellent pizza (the pepperoni, ham and mushroom) and just so happy we finally stopped in here! This restaurant has been around since 1979 which speaks volumes for the quality of the food etc. I can't recommend this place enough!!

I always stop there when driving through Whitecourt. Excellent food and there own branded beer is the best. Highly recommended.

Food was excellent and dessert is homemade and is very very good. The waitress that took care of us in the lounge does an excellent job we have become friends will definitely eat there again. Highly recommended.

A Culinary Haven in Whitecourt! I've been a dedicated patron of Mountain Pizza and Steak House in Whitecourt since 2007, indulging in their exquisite steak dinners after long days of field work. The consistency in delivering the best steak dinner in Alberta is truly commendable. The steak, cooked to perfection, always meets my preference for medium rare, and even when it occasionally leans towards rare, it's a welcomed deviation. The culinary expertise shines through in every bite, showcasing a grilled perfection that's hard to rival. The enduring quality of service over the past 15 years is a testament to their commitment to excellence. Despite the passage of time, the charm of this establishment remains intact, providing a familiar and comforting ambiance. Mountain Pizza and Steak House Whitecourt continues to be my go-to destination for an unforgettable steak dinner experience. This sounds odd but when we are in Malibu we have to go to Nobu. When you're in London England we have to go to a Gordon Ramsay. When we head up to Northern Alberta anywhere past Edmonton when we can we have to go to Mountain Pizza. The service was awesome, the beer glass was frosted the beers were cold. A complex food order the food came out hot with great timing. Couldn't be more perfect, the waitress service was very nice and pleasant attentive without being overbearing.

Dined in during a cold post winter day. It was comfy and warm by the fireplace. Great food, automatic great service if filipino server. Ribs were tender and tasty. Refreshing iced tea.
